Why does the delivery date differ from the X-Y business day delivery timeline?
It's likely that our Designer or courier partners will be on vacation between the time you place your purchase and the delivery date, which is based on the timescales displayed on the product page. We add a day to the predicted date in this situation. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays, which is taken into account when calculating delivery times.

Return is a program supplied by the respective Designer directly under this policy, in which the relevant Designer offers you the choice of replacement and/or refund. It's possible that not all products in a certain category have the same return policy. The product page's return/replacement policy takes precedence over the general returns policy for all products.
I need to return an item
Only replacements are available with the same product. While using our own size feature the customer is responsible for the data or measurement they are providing. In case of a wrong measurement given we are not responsible. Return and Refund are not available as every dress is designed on receiving the order. cancellation of the order is possible within a day of placing the order.

The Platform is owned by Kulina Private Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2011 with its registered office at Buildings Valamkottil Towers, 6/858-M, 2nd Floor, Judgemukku, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala, India 682021.
Wherever the situation so requires, "You" or "User" refers to any natural or legal person who has decided to become a buyer on the Platform by giving Registration Data while registering as a Registered User via the Platform's computer systems. Kulina allows the User to surf the Platform or making purchases without registering on the Platform. The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Kulina Private Limited.
Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
a. Damages due to misuse of product
b. Products with tampered
c. Any defect or damage that isn't covered by the return policy
d. Any goods that are returned without all of their original packaging and attachments, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if applicable, and all other things that were originally sent with the product/s We accept a 6-day replacement subject to the following conditions:
Clothes are not used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way.
Original tags and packaging should be intact. For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
Returns or Replacement are not applicable for Made to order or Own Size.
